| RULES: | The regatta will be governed by the 2001 - 2004 ISAF Racing Rules of Sailing (RRS), the prescriptions of the United States Sailing Association, The Interscholastic Sailing Association (ISSA) Procedural Rules, this Notice of Race, and the Sailing Instructions. |
| BOATS: | Club 420s provided. |
| ELIGIBILITY: | Competing schools should be members of the Midwest Interscholastic Sailing Association. A team is composed of a minimum of six sailors (three boats). They do not have to attend the same school. There is no maximum number of team members. Students below the level of 9th grade shall be eligible to compete. An adult advisor, parent, or coach must accompany each team. |
| MISSA MEMBERSHIP: | Each team must be a current member of the Midwest Interscholastic Sailing Association. The membership is $100.00 annually per school. |
| ENTRY: | The entry deadline is Friday, May 14, 2004. Entries are limited to fourteen schools on a first-come-first-served basis. Email nicole.sturgeon@gpschools.org with your team members' names. |
| ENTRY FEE: | The entry fee is $20.00 per sailor, payable at registration. Lunch will be provided for competitors. Additional lunches may be purchased for $5.00 each. |
